Benjamin Levin studies criminal law and its collateral consequences. His current research examines the criminal justice reform movement and its relationship to other movements for social and economic change. His scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in journals including theMichigan Law Review, the Boston College Law Review , the Fordham Law Review, and the Harvard Law Review Forum. His writing for general audiences has appeared in OnLabor,Salon, and Time.
