Lecturer in British Economic History post-1750

The Department of History at King's College London is seeking a Lecturer in British Economic History post-1750. The post holder will conduct and publish high quality research in the subject, seek external research funding and engage in impact-generating activities. They will develop and design new modules in their area of specialism, and contribute to the planning, organisation and delivery of other teaching activities. They will assume pastoral and administrative responsibilities, participate actively in the life and culture of the Department of History, and strengthen its links with the Department of Political Economy. A strong research track record, excellent teaching ability, outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative ethos are essential for the role.

Specialists in any aspect of British economic life since 1750, including its international dimensions, are invited to apply. We particularly welcome applications from black and minority ethnic candidates as they are under-represented in the Department of History.
