Call for Participating Fellows—Humanities Research Seminar

The Jeanne and Dan Valente Center for the Arts & Sciences at Bentley University invites faculty 

and graduate students in greater Boston to become participating fellows in the Center’s first 

annual Humanities Research Seminar. The seminar will hold monthly meetings on Friday 

afternoons (2:00-4:00 p.m.) from September 2014 through April 2015 on Bentley’s campus in

Kenda Mutongi, Professor of History, Williams Colllege is in the preliminary stages of organizing on conference on the history of capitalism in Africa, to be held at Williams College, Williamstown, MA, in October of 2015. Professor Mutongi asks those interested to please send a short description of your proposed paper (no more than 100 words) as soon as possible in order to gauge interest and develop funding.
